Our Engagement Philosophy
We are upfront and open when we approach an engagement. Our professionals spend 40 to 60 hours researching the capital markets and conducting due diligence to determine whether we can add value to a situation. If we discover that we are not able to add value, we will contact our customer and discuss the reason. Many management teams appreciate this direct approach because it saves time and energy.
Fees and Compensation
We receive no fees from any funding source - the client pays for all the fees. This makes our compensation structure transparent and guarantees that we find the best deal for our clients.
Other firms have fees which are often embedded in the financing (i.e. upfront fees, closing costs, etc.) and are indirectly charged to our clients. We strive for the utmost transparency possible.
